How to make Pani Puri at Home
We will not only show you the making of Pani Puri but also Dahi Puri and Shev Puri as well. Pani Puri Ingredients:
- Puris Pack
- Boiled And Peeled Potatoes
- Onion
- Shev
- Kothimbir (Green Leaves)
- Curd Dahi
- Salt
- Pani Puri Masala
- Pudina
- Green Chilli
- Ginger
- Water
- Chat Masala
- Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
- Red Chilli Powder
- Lemon Juice
Create Pani Puri water by mixing Kothimbir, Pudina, Geen Chilli, Lemon Juice and Pani Puri Masala in mixer. Use smashed Boiled and peeled potatoes, Onion, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and Chaat Masala to create the potato mixture. Potato taste is amazing in the Pani Puri.

You can use Shev in it while making. You start making holes in Pani Puri, put the stuffing, then Paani Puri water and Shev as well.
Instead of Water of pani puri we can use Dahi to make the delicious dahi puri. Stuff the Puris with Potato mixture, then Put imli chatni, then put Curd(Sweet Curd). It does not only looks delicious it is tasty too.
