We love music and we love music festivals especially for the New Year Eve. When we talk about music festivals we cannot forget about Sunburn. Recently we witnessed Sunburn Festival in Pune. This is their 10th year and the venue shifted from Goa to Pune. Did we found any less cheer from crowd? Not at all! Music has no boundaries of age, location, etc. You can enjoy music with your friends and loved ones in this mega festival. Did you attended this mega music carnival festival? If not then you should visit next time for sure. It will be a lifetime experience for you to enjoy amazing music from some of the greatest DJs from the globe.
Sunburn is all about to Live, Love and Dance as their tagline says. Coming to Sunburn at the end of the year is just amazing. Keep your worries aside and just enjoy the flawless music by some of the greatest artists. You can come and dance to the tunes of some of the most innovative EDM music. This festival was from 28th December to 31st December 2016 at Kesnand Village in Pune, India. The beautiful scenery from the festival was just amazing. Though we only attended the last day of the festival. We wanted to enjoy our 31st Night and Sunburn was the right place indeed.
Sunburn 10 was powered by Renault India
People came from distant places to attend this music festival. Renault India had made a content where the winners were able to drive from Mumbai to Pune in Renault’s Kwid and other cars. This was like a great experience for the people who enjoyed this drive to the event.
Renault India is striving to make more improved and comfortable cars for the young minds. This festival we saw a fleet of Renault cars arriving at the event from Mumbai. At the mega Renault stall at the event we saw KWID and Duster cars from Renault which were displayed at the venue.
31st December 2016 – Party begins from the noon!
The stage is set and many people are driving towards the venue. I have met people coming from other countries to attend this mega music festival. Apart from Pune, people arrived from Gujrat, Bangalore, Delhi, etc. People came to enjoy the last day of the year. The box office was at the bottom of the Sunburn Hills. Yes the name of the venue was Sunburn Hills. Event was at the top of the hill. Though the entrance of the festival was a lavish one with great decorations and giving a pride to attend a grand event.
Just when you enter you can see stalls of the sponsors and on the right hand side the mega stage of the event. There were also few small stages at the event. This was a huge place and it took time for us to explore. We enjoyed the atmosphere and also great Electronic Music. The festival is of joy and happiness and people came to make their last day of the year a special one.
The DJ Artist lineup was huge but the party started since afternoon. People danced into the tunes of various DJ artists. It was a festive Gala time. DJ Anish Sood came and enthralled the audience in the Evening. People danced to the tunes. Well from the VIP Lounge the event was more interesting as people enjoyed music closer and appealed a lot. There is a speciality to enjoy this festival from the VIP lounge, you must try it out for sure.
After DJ Anish Sood, DJ MARNIK came and bestowed some amazing tunes and with different dance steps made the audience more lively. The day’s spectacular event was yet to come. Yes it was time for DJ KSHMR. The entry of KSHMR was just fabulous. Lights were off and the music was slow and people waited for KSHMR. This was the fantastic time of the year indeed. The background visuals were spectacular and it was like a story telling! This was one of the best entries of the artists I have ever seen live for sure. With some mixture of Bollywood tunes the music was just enthralling at times. Crowd loved it to the extreme. Then there were many songs and then mixing up of hit music. Wow what a spectacular musical festival it was indeed!
There was a song which KSHMR never played before and played it at Sunburn 10 in Pune exclusively. It was based on Game of Thrones title track in the beginning and this was making the crowd go crazy. Sitar Player and Flute Player artists made the crowd ecstatic with the classical music and then followed by mixture of electronic music by KSHMR was just fantastic. With count down the New Year was welcomed with spectacular fire crackers in the air. That was the welcome to this new year 2017. Thank you Sunburn 10 and look forward to have a gala time this year too!
