Well to start off this amazing snack what you need is ingredients. So here is the list of ingredients which we have used while making Aloo Bhujia.
Aloo Bhujia Ingredients:
Grated Boiled Potato
Gram Flour (Bason)
Rice flour
Salt
Chilli Powder
Chaat masala
Jeera Powder (Cumin Powder)
Turmeric powder
Refined Oil
Process
Well you have to mix all the above ingredients according to your taste and the quantity you need apart from oil. Then mix them well. Make a nice soft ball of those ingredients. Start of with the Grated Boiled Potato and then start adding the ingredients as per the required taste.
Make this solution and then put it in the Sev machine (As you can see in the video below). This will help to get the sev in exact shape.

You need put oil in the kadhai and start heating it. Then when its heated, start using the sev machine slowly. Then you can see that the mixture is coming out in uniform shape and you can make round motion. You can watch the video for better understanding.
